Terms of Service
Last updated: May 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of soccergames.fun (the "Site"). By visiting the Site or playing any of the embedded games you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Terms are written in plain English on purpose — there are no surprise clauses.
1. Who we are
soccergames.fun is an independent, hand-curated catalog of free browser-based soccer and football games. We do not develop the games ourselves; we link to and embed games published by third parties so you can discover and play them in one place without downloads or accounts.
2. License to use the site
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own non-commercial entertainment. Everything that makes the Site itself — the layout, copy, code, illustrations, navigation, category structure and curation choices — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not scrape the Site at scale, replicate the catalog as a competing directory, or rebrand and republish our content. Linking to individual game pages from blogs, classrooms or social media is welcomed and explicitly allowed.
3. Third-party games and intellectual property
All games featured on the Site remain the intellectual property of their original developers and publishers. Trademarks, logos, character designs, soundtracks and gameplay code belong to their respective owners. Embedding a game in the Site does not transfer any ownership and does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, the original publisher unless explicitly stated.
We embed third-party games only when they are publicly distributed by the publisher in a format intended for syndication (for example, official HTML5 game portals). If you are a rights holder and believe your work has been embedded in error, please follow the DMCA procedure in section 7 below.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to: (a) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site or its underlying infrastructure; (b) bypass technical access controls or security measures; (c) use automated tools to scrape, copy or republish the catalog; (d) reverse-engineer or modify the Site's code beyond what your browser does normally; or (e) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.
We may, at our discretion and without notice, restrict access for users who appear to violate this section, particularly when automated traffic threatens Site availability for other visitors.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and the embedded games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do our best to keep games loading and links healthy, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, nor that any specific game will remain available, since publishers occasionally retire or relocate their titles.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, soccergames.fun, its operators and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the embedded games, including but not limited to loss of data, lost productivity, missed deadlines or any harm caused by content delivered by a third-party publisher inside an embedded iframe. Your sole remedy if you are unhappy with the Site is to stop using it.
7. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to valid copyright complaints under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To file a notice, send a written message to the contact channel listed on the homepage that includes: (a) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (b) the exact URL on soccergames.fun where the alleged infringement appears; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement made in good faith that the use is not authorised; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the disputed content as quickly as practical, typically within a few business days, and notify the publisher of the embedded game if applicable.
8. Changes to the terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes go live constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, generally applicable principles of international online-services law, without regard to any specific jurisdiction's conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled through good-faith negotiation as a first step.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms, takedown requests or general feedback can be sent through any of the channels listed on the homepage. See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
