// HOW TO PLAY

How to Play 1 On 1 Soccer

Choose your country and a mode: solo against the CPU, or local 2P sharing the keyboard. Each match drops two players on a single pitch with one ball and a short clock. Move toward the ball, jump for headers, and kick into the opposing goal. First to the most goals when the timer hits zero wins.

There is no offside, no fouls, no tactics screen. The whole game is reaction speed and a bit of trash talk if a friend is sitting next to you.

// TIPS & TRICKS

1 On 1 Soccer Tips & Tricks

01

Jump into contact

A jumping kick beats a grounded one. Start every rally by leaping toward the ball — you reach further and head the ball higher.

02

Defend on your half-line

Most goals come from rebounds. Hold a position halfway between the centre and your goal to redirect bounces away from the keeper.

03

Pick a flag you like

Country choice is cosmetic — stats are equal across all sides. Pick one you have personal attachment to so the cheer feels louder.

// WHY YOU’LL LIKE IT

Why You’ll Like 1 On 1 Soccer

1 On 1 Soccer is a genre staple for a reason — zero learning curve, two-player keyboard, three seconds to first goal. If Stickman Soccer feels too fast and Ragdoll Soccer too chaotic, this lands in the middle: a calm 1v1 you can hand to anyone.

Yes — it runs on the Ruffle compatibility layer that GameMonetize ships, so modern browsers can still play the original arcade build. First load is slightly slower than a pure HTML5 game.
